Users shall NOT:
Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activities
Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful content
Attempt unauthorized system access or data extraction
Share confidential business data with unauthorized individuals
Modify, copy, or reverse-engineer system components
Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.
All data entered into the system remains the property of the respective business or user.
Dream Heaven acts solely as a data processor and system facilitator.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to store and manage third-party data.
We strive to ensure continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:
Maintenance or updates
Technical issues
Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, infrastructure failures)
Dream Heaven shall not be liable for downtime-related losses.
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect system data. However, users must:
Use strong passwords
Avoid sharing access credentials
Log out from shared devices
Dream Heaven is not responsible for breaches caused by user negligence.
All software, design, features, and system architecture belong to Dream Heaven and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not:
Copy or redistribute the software
Use branding without written permission
Create derivative works based on the Platform
If the Platform includes paid services:
Fees must be paid as agreed
Non-payment may result in restricted access
All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

Use of the system causes operational risk
Dream Heaven shall not be liable for:

While periodic backups may be maintained, users are encouraged to retain independent copies of critical information. Dream Heaven is not responsible for accidental deletion or data corruption beyond reasonable control.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Dream Heaven operates.
